What can I say apart from Guy (Treesure) was brilliant from start to finish. I was due to complete my mortgage and last minute (5pm) that day an outstanding 'arboriculture report' was picked up as being required which the solicitor had not noticed on the valuation survey. After a lot of inconvenience and ringing around many 'tree specialists', I was given at least a 4 week wait time, quotations were ridiculous.
